The Company is managed by a six member Board of Directors composed of members of the academic community and executives with know-how and many years of experience in the Management of Companies and Organizations.
Antonis Rovolis
Professor of Spatial Economic Analysis emphasizing on Urban Economics at the Department of Economic and Regional Development, Panteion University of Athens.
Graduate of the Department of Economics, Athens University, ΜΑ in Urban and Regional Studies at Sussex University, PhD at London School of Economics. Having been awarded the Canadian Government Scholarship, he has conducted scientific research at the universities McGill, Concordia, Université du Québec, York University of Toronto, University of Toronto.
He has taught at the University of Thessaly, Harokopio University of Athens, Athens University of Economics, the Hellenic Open University and the National School of Public Administration.
He has taught various subjects including: Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Management, Investment Assessment, Land and Housing Policy, Fiscal Revenue Mechanisms and Real Estate Utilization Policies.
Isidoros Kanetis
Graduate of the German School of Athens (1976).
Graduate of ASOEE (now AUEB) with a scholarship (1980).
Owner of the company C. CΑΝΕΤΤΙ & CΟ. The object of the company is to act as a commercial agent of foreign companies in Greece in the fields of RES, the Steel industry and Lighting.
Chairman of Attica Bank Properties SA BoD.
Member of the Hellenic-German Youth Foundation Supervisory Board.
Member of the ACCI, the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE), Fotokiklosi and the Hellenic Federation of Solar Industries (EBIE).
For 42 consecutive years, he has been dedicated to successfully help Greek Industries in my field of operation to become modern, dynamic and exporting.
Since a young age, he has participated in various youth organizations, such as the H.N.Y.C., the H.Y.O.N.C. and the Scouts of Greece, and in many Paneuropean meetings as a representative thereof.
Since 2017, he is the Chairman of the Scout of Greece BoD.
He speaks German and English fluently.
He is married to Aspasia Christofilopoulou who is a lawyer, and he has two children, Pavlos and Anna.
Eric Fotiadis
Chief Executive Officer of Atticabank Properties. With over thirty years of experience in diverse professional enviroments, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as a proven track record to the Company. He has worked as a Structural Engineer, Project Director, Chief Development Officer, Chief Operating Officer and CEO in the US, Greece, the Balkans, Bahrain, Thailand, and the UAE in the fields of civil engineering, real estate and hospitality development and free trade zones. Eric holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University in Bolton, and M.Sc. and Professional Degrees in Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University in New York City. He has also completed an executive MBA course and numerous professional seminars and courses in senior management. He is a member of professional societies in Greece and the US.
