Atticabank Properties was established in 2008 by Attica Bank with the aim to develop and manage the Bank’s real estate properties and to valuate real estate properties in order to support clients.

Since 2011, Atticabank Properties offers Real Estate –Technical Consultant services for the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Project which is coordinated by HRADF.

Since May 2018, the Company has been certified in valuation services by the Certified Valuators Registry of the Ministry of Finance, and in 2021, it obtained – through its executives – certifications as a Real Estate Financial Advisor and as a Valuer in Business and Intangible Assets.

In August 2020, the Public Works Engineers Fund – TMEDE acquired all shares in the Company making it a member of TMEDE Group and further establishing its relation with the country’s technical sector.
